We are looking for Technical Recruiters to join our Recruitment team. You will be part of an energetic, data driven and result focused talent acquisition team. Above all, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring Synodus’ s most important asset – its people!
Responsibility
- Partner closely with technical teams to deeply understand their teams and hiring needs
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for multiple requisitions
- Source candidates & build a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques, networking, referrals etc.
- Implement new initiatives to increase pipeline and build employer brand awareness.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing or equivalent
- Experience as a technical recruiter
- Understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find those diamonds in the rough
- Always find ways of improving the quality of work
- Strong interpersonal and self-learning skills
- Customer service and marketing mindset
- Passionate about ensuring that each candidate who interviews at Synodus has a unique and positive experience
- Careful, detail-oriented
- Good English skills is big plus.
