A co-delivery model that combines global technology with local execution
To bring this vision to life, VTX Group and Exciting Republic have established a co-delivery model, allowing each company to focus on its core strengths.
Under the agreement, Exciting Republic will provide its XR technology platform, transfer software systems and an internationally recognized content library, while advising on the technical design of sensor systems and hardware infrastructure. The Korean company will also be responsible for operational training and continuous technology updates to ensure the platform remains aligned with global standards.
On the Vietnamese side, VTX Group, supported by Synodus as its software engineering and digital transformation arm, will oversee the end-to-end implementation of the project. This includes infrastructure investment, development of XR experience centers, regulatory compliance, platform integration, day-to-day operations, and market expansion. Together, the two organizations will also lead the commercial and go-to-market strategy to introduce XR experiences to a broader Vietnamese audience.
