JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage the full project lifecycle for Government (GOV) projects, ensuring progress, quality, and budget align with the approved plan.
  • Work directly with stakeholders (IT departments, state agencies, technical partners) to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop implementation plans.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, BAs, and QAs to ensure the product meets business requirements and GOV security standards.
  • Manage project risks, provide regular progress reports, and propose solutions to resolve issues during implementation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner in software projects.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in e-Government, Data, or large enterprise projects; candidates without GOV experience but with strong interest in working with government agencies are also considered.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), with strong planning, coordination, and progress monitoring skills.
  • Knowledge of Data Warehouse, ETL, or integrated data systems is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills; experience working with government stakeholders is preferred.
  • Ability to consult and advise government clients is a plus.
