JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage the full project lifecycle for Government (GOV) projects, ensuring progress, quality, and budget align with the approved plan.
Work directly with stakeholders (IT departments, state agencies, technical partners) to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop implementation plans.
Collaborate with technical teams, BAs, and QAs to ensure the product meets business requirements and GOV security standards.
Manage project risks, provide regular progress reports, and propose solutions to resolve issues during implementation.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner in software projects.
Preference for candidates with experience in e-Government, Data, or large enterprise projects; candidates without GOV experience but with strong interest in working with government agencies are also considered.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), with strong planning, coordination, and progress monitoring skills.
Knowledge of Data Warehouse, ETL, or integrated data systems is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills; experience working with government stakeholders is preferred.
Ability to consult and advise government clients is a plus.
