Job Description:

  • Participate in business analysis, working with clients/internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business problems
  • Analyze current processes, identify data sources and data needs for analysis
  • Collect, consolidate, and clean data from multiple sources (databases, files, internal systems, etc.)
  • Involve in the end-to-end data process: data collection → cleaning → processing → analysis → visualization
  • Contribute to building and standardizing data structures for analytics (Data Warehouse / Data Mart) Perform data analysis to derive insights that support business and operational decision-making
  • Design and develop dashboards/reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Present analysis results and support non-technical users in understanding and utilizing data effectively
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to improve data quality and data systems
  • Proactively conduct analysis, generate insights, and propose improvements
  • Participate in or support working with stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Contribute to building and standardizing documentation and data-related processes

Requirements:

  • 1.5–4 years of experience in Data Analyst / BI / Business Analyst or related roles
  • Strong SQL skills (JOIN, GROUP BY, basic data processing)
  • Experience or familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Superset, etc.)
  • Experience in collecting, cleaning, and processing data from multiple sources
  • Strong data mindset: ability to ask the right questions, understand business goals, and proactively derive insights from data
  • Not limited to reporting/dashboarding – ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain data to non-technical stakeholders
  • Logical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
  • Willingness to work across the full data lifecycle: data → analysis → visualization Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable working with messy, real-world data
