Job Description:
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements for banking projects or clients in the BFSI/Fintech domain
- Analyze and clarify business requirements, and model business processes based on collected information
- Define functional and non-functional requirements, and support modeling business flows (Workflow, Business Flow, Prototype) at an appropriate level based on project scope
- Prepare business documents such as BRD, URD, and support system documentation (SRS) and UAT test scenarios
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets business requirements
- Collaborate with PM, PO, and development teams to deliver projects with expected quality and timeline
- Ensure business requirements are clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders
- Support user training, knowledge transfer, and system handover after deployment
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
- Experience in Banking/Finance/Fintech domain is preferred Familiarity with systems such as Core Banking, Payment, Lending, eKYC is a plus
- Experience working on projects such as payment gateway, e-wallet, money transfer, or system integration is an advantage
- Ability to prepare business documents and model processes at an appropriate level based on project requirements
- Strong skills in requirement gathering, analysis, and clarification Analytical thinking and ability to propose solutions at a suitable level
- Familiarity with tools such as Visio, Draw.io, Figma, Jira, Confluence
- Basic understanding of UI/UX and software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Good reading comprehension of technical English documents is a plus
