Resposibilities:
- Build, update, and standardize the software development processes, project management processes, and quality oversight processes in alignment with the company’s strategy.
- Analyze current processes, assess gaps, and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with PMO, Dev, QA, HR, IT, etc., to ensure processes are practical, applicable, and feasible in implementation.
- Develop a company-wide monitoring framework, including checklists, templates, guidelines, and evaluation criteria.
- Monitor process compliance across projects in four business units (GOV, BFSI, Healthcare, Global).
- Conduct periodic/ad-hoc audits, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.
- Work directly with Project Managers to ensure projects follow established standards.
- Lead or coordinate the implementation of CMMI Level 3, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001 assessments.
- Prepare documentation, guide teams, and support internal and external audit sessions.
- Develop the company’s QMS (Quality Management System) documentation set.
- Train new and existing employees on processes, workflows, checklists, and quality standards.
- Organize coaching sessions for PMs, QAs, and Developers to improve compliance.
- Act as the focal point for resolving inquiries related to processes and quality.
- Build and manage the Quality Monitoring team/department.
- Assign tasks, track progress, evaluate performance, and develop team capabilities.
- Stay updated on trends in Software Quality, Process Governance, Agile, and DevOps to recommend adoption.
- Develop internal tools to support quality monitoring and evaluation.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives related to process standardization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of QA/QC/PQA experience in a software company.
- Minimum 2 years as a Team Lead/Manager or managing a large-scale quality program.
- Experience building processes and operating quality systems within the SDLC.
- Strong understanding of software development models (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, V-model).
- Hands-on experience with CMMI Level 3 or ISO 9001/27001.
- Strong auditing, gap analysis, and documentation skills.
- Systematic thinking, strong discipline in process implementation, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred
- Certifications such as ISO Auditor, CMMI Associate, PSM, PMP.
- Experience working on GOV, BFSI, or Healthcare projects.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar QMS systems.
