What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the full delivery lifecycle across multiple project streams — tracking progress, managing quality, and keeping costs in check.
  • Define and maintain delivery operating standards by contract model, and make sure the team actually follows them.
  • Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact throughout the engagement — building trust, managing expectations, and keeping communication tight.
  • Run regular delivery reviews with stakeholders: status updates, milestone tracking, and planning for what’s next.
  • Oversee SLA compliance and contract adherence; manage change requests and keep scope under control when things shift.
  • Track project financials (cost, utilisation) — flag risks early and come with solutions, not just problems.
  • Monitor delivery health through metrics and dashboards; step in to handle escalations that go beyond the PM level.
  • Coach and support the PM team in their day-to-day delivery operations.
  • Standardize and continuously improve how we do delivery — planning, estimation, risk management, stakeholder comms.
  • Build a team culture grounded in transparency, ownership, and a bias for improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 10+ years in IT, with at least 5 years specifically in delivery management and direct client engagement.
  • Proven track record coordinating multiple projects or parallel workstreams with competing priorities.
  • Hands-on experience managing clients across the full project lifecycle — from kickoff through closure, including regular reviews, progress tracking, and escalation handling.
  • Solid grasp of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models — and the judgment to apply the right one in context.
  • Strong command of the core delivery levers: scope, timeline, resources, and cost.
  • Ability to spot risks early and drive resolution across stakeholders before things become issues.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can work effectively with technical teams, account managers, presales, and clients alike.
  • Business-level English reading comprehension.

Nice to Have

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience delivering projects for domestic enterprise clients or government sector organizations.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary — negotiable based on your experience and skill level.
  • Standard working hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1.5h lunch break).
  • Holiday and Tet bonuses; annual salary review.
  • Annual company trip and regular team-building activities (monthly/quarterly).
  • Full statutory social and health insurance coverage.
  • Company-wide engagement events throughout the year.
  • BSH private health insurance.
  • Annual health check-up.
  • Regular internal tech seminars and soft skills workshops to keep you growing.
