Job Description:

  • Work directly with clients to understand their organizational structure, business processes, and operating models, thereby identifying business needs and problems to be solved through technology solutions
  • Advise on IT application directions to support clients’ management and operational activities, aiming to improve efficiency, transparency, and resource optimization
  • Act as the main point of contact to communicate with and support clients during solution implementation and operation; receive and respond to product-related inquiries
  • Analyze business requirements provided by clients and propose appropriate solution models and software functionalities for each business scenario
  • Design business processes and detailed functional flows; document system requirements through specifications such as BRD, URD, SRS, and related diagrams
  • Build UI prototypes/mockups to present solution proposals to clients and support the development team
  • Prepare user manuals and training materials for end users
  • Collaborate with the QA team to build test scenarios, contribute to improving testing processes, and ensure the product meets business requirements
  • Participate in solution training, handover, and provide post-deployment operational support for client organizations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
  • Experience working with Government-sector clients is a strong plus; understanding of workflows and system implementation characteristics in public-sector environments is preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to quickly absorb information, analyze, and synthesize problems effectively; capable of proposing suitable features and solutions aligned with client needs
  • Proficient in business documentation, process modeling, and translating business and technical requirements into clear, understandable content for both clients and internal teams
  • Good communication, collaboration, and consulting skills with both internal stakeholders and clients; strong listening skills and the ability to communicate clearly and build effective working relationships
  • Proactive attitude with good planning, time management, and organizational skills to ensure quality and timely delivery
