The company’s three founders used to work as frontline software developers.
They started Synodus in 2019 with a different path – to build a solution-based software development company, valuing deep domain expertise over mere technical skills, and product delivery over traditional project management. We struggled a lot to pursue this vision, as the market was flooded with serviced-based mindsets, together with the surging demand of IT workforce leading to extremely high competition in talent acquisition.
But our perseverance paid off, allowing the company to deliver 80+ custom development projects in public sector, fintech, healthcare, and aviation, working with brands like Unilever, BOC Aviation, or KPMG.
