Job Description:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of software implementation projects at hospitals (general hospitals, large clinics, etc.), from planning, organizing, coordinating resources to final acceptance.
  • Work directly with clients (hospital board of directors, department heads, etc.) to conduct business analysis, gather requirements, and confirm the project scope.
  • Collaborate with BAs, Developers, and Testers to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and implemented on schedule.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, ensure quality, and report status periodically to both management and clients.
  • Organize user training sessions at hospitals (doctors, nurses, administrative staff, etc.) and provide support during the initial operation phase (go-live).
  • Able to manage multiple medium-scale projects simultaneously.
  • Willing to travel to other provinces/cities for on-site deployment (short-term per project phase).

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or in managing real-world software deployment projects; experience in healthcare, insurance, or public administration is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of the software implementation process: business analysis, requirement gathering, planning, technical coordination, and final acceptance.
  • Experience in deploying software at general hospitals, clinics, or healthcare facilities is a major advantage.
  • Strong communication and team coordination skills.
  • Prefer candidates with knowledge/experience in HIS, PACS, LIS, QMS, etc.
  • Willingness to travel for short-term business trips during deployment phases.
  • Preference for candidates with prior experience as a BA/Implementation Specialist before becoming a PM (deep understanding of business processes).
