Responsibility:
- Analyzing requirements and determining the scope of testing
- Confirming requirements with stakeholders to clarify any uncertainties
- Developing an overall testing plan and detailed plans for team members, coordinating resources
- Managing the progress of the test team and ensuring that testing is completed on time and within budget
- Creating and reviewing the output of the test team to ensure that all testing is thorough and accurate
- Conducting testing and ensuring that all tests are executed properly and that all bugs are identified and resolved
- Analyzing bug trends, evaluating product quality, reporting quality to the project manager, and providing suggestions to ensure project quality
- Proposing improvements to the testing process to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Building the team by establishing testing processes, recruiting and training new members to meet job requirements, and developing a set of product quality evaluation criteria
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
- Proficient understanding of testing processes, and testing techniques in Agile and other models
- In-depth knowledge of software testing methods
- At least 2 years of experience in a Test Leader position
- The ability to read English documents and communicate in English is a plus
- Good team management, planning, summarizing, and reporting skills
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
