Job Description
Technical Support
- Assist users with basic technical questions and issues.
- Support users who have sent their tokens to the wrong place by verifying their identity and preventing potential scams.
- Make corrections or adjustments to the platform as needed
Training and knowledge development
- Participate in training sessions conducted by the CEO to understand the specific technical requirements and support procedures.
- Apply the knowledge gained from training to provide accurate and effective support.
Project Involvement
- Engage with the projects on the platform, which are currently limited in number but expected to grow in the coming year.
- Deicate approximately 20% of time to active project support, due to the current low volume of projects.
What are we looking for
Basic Coding Knowledge
- Understanding of coding logic and principles
- Ability to follow and apply technical support or customer service in a technical field.
- Capacity to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
Technical Support Proficiency
- Basic experience in providing technical support or customer service in a technical field
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
Attention to detail
- Ensure accuracy in identity verification and issue resolution to prevent user errors and scams.
- Record and report any discrepancies or issues encountered during support tasks
Communication Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with users and team members.
- Ability to document support procedures and user issues clearly
Preferred Experience
- Junior developers or individuals starting their careers in coding and technical support.
- Those with a general knowledge of coding and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technical requirements
Training and Onboarding
- Attend initial and ongoing training sessions with CEO.
- Record training sessions (with permission) to refer back to them for clarìication and guidance,
- Actively participate in discussions and practical exercises during training to fully understand to support needs and procedures
