Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with technical teams to deeply understand their teams and hiring needs
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for multiple requisitions
  • Source candidates & build a strong network of candidates through expert use of online sourcing techniques, networking, referrals etc.
  • Implement new initiatives to increase pipeline and build employer brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • Having at least 3 years’ experience in recruiting especially in IT industry
  • Understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find those diamonds in the rough
  • Always find ways of improving the quality of work
  • Strong interpersonal and self-learning skills
  • Customer service and marketing mindset
  • Passionate about ensuring that each candidate who interviews at Synodus has a unique and positive experience
  • Careful, detail-oriented
  • Good English skills is big plus
