Responsibilities

Project implementation and development requirements:

Own and responsible for technical design solutions/functions and development for
application systems and integration decisions.
Work with business partners, Enterprise Architect, Integration Architect and other groups
to identify technical and functional needs of systems.
Ensure adherence to defined development life cycle, well software design practices and
Architectural strategy and intent.
Participate in technology investment projects from the solution research stage, evaluate
and propose suitable solutions according to the roadmap, including making scoreboards,
evaluating technical points of suitable solutions according to standards. technology
standards; participate in the appropriate implementation plan.
Consult and propose comprehensive solutions based on technological principles and
standards.
Enforce company policies in areas of development methodology, architecture, security,
change and configuration management, compliance.
Manage and monitor changes related to the solution architecture to ensure the integrity,
standardization, and consistency of the technology system.
Analyze, define and document technical requirements for data, workflow, logical
processes, hardware and operating system environment.
Coordinate coding, testing, implementation and documentation of solutions.

Research new technology trends
Participate in the development/setting of technology standards consistent with company’s
development goals such as ensuring integration with existing systems, stability, openness
according to various advanced technologies, minimizing operational risks, ensuring for
current use and future expansion…etc.
Participate in the development and improvement of architectural and technological design
manuals

Qualification

At least 7 years of hands-on software development experience, including a minimum of 2
years in a Solution Architect role
Strong background in software architecture design and system modelling
Proficiency in Java programming language or .Net. Good algorithmic thinking, problem
solving.
Mastering system optimization programming techniques, database. Ex: Cache engine,
Search Engine, streaming engine, messaging engine.
In-depth understanding and experience in designing Microservices systems, Distributed
systems.
Deep understanding of common and advanced design patterns in design, consulting on
system architectures.
Understanding and coordinating with DevOps team to optimize the development process
in each project.
Experience with Bigdata, ESB, BPM solutions, …
Experience with TDD implementation, applying Unit Test, Automated Test, System
Integration Test, performance test.
Experience in analyzing & designing systems using UML, BPMN, C4, 4+1 model.
