Job Description:

Support the sales process

  • Draft contracts, quotes, and related documents. 
  • Monitor the progress of contracts from signing to acceptance and payment. 
  • Ensure all documents and information are stored accurately and timely. 

Manage customer database  

  • Update customer information in the CRM system. 
  • Manage, classify customers, and track transaction history. 
  • Assist the sales team in preparing customer reports. 

Internal coordination and management 

  • Coordinate with departments (Finance, Technical, Administration) to ensure work progress. 
  • Monitor KPIs and assist in preparing revenue and business performance reports. 

Support business campaigns 

  • Prepare documents, brochures, or related content for marketing or sales campaigns. 
  • Assist in organizing events or seminars with clients. 

Requirements:

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. 
  • Preference for candidates with knowledge of the IT industry or Outsourcing services. 

Skills

  • Proficient in office tools: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent). 
  • Good communication and organizational skills, ability to work effectively in a team. 

Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a similar position, preferably in the IT or B2B field. 
  • Experience in drafting contracts, quotations, and managing the sales process is an advantage. 
  • Other requirements 
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment. 
  • Good communication skills in English (preferably candidates who can work with international clients).
