Job Description:
Support the sales process
- Draft contracts, quotes, and related documents.
- Monitor the progress of contracts from signing to acceptance and payment.
- Ensure all documents and information are stored accurately and timely.
Manage customer database
- Update customer information in the CRM system.
- Manage, classify customers, and track transaction history.
- Assist the sales team in preparing customer reports.
Internal coordination and management
- Coordinate with departments (Finance, Technical, Administration) to ensure work progress.
- Monitor KPIs and assist in preparing revenue and business performance reports.
Support business campaigns
- Prepare documents, brochures, or related content for marketing or sales campaigns.
- Assist in organizing events or seminars with clients.
Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Preference for candidates with knowledge of the IT industry or Outsourcing services.
Skills
- Proficient in office tools: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
- Good communication and organizational skills, ability to work effectively in a team.
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience working in a similar position, preferably in the IT or B2B field.
- Experience in drafting contracts, quotations, and managing the sales process is an advantage.
- Other requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
- Good communication skills in English (preferably candidates who can work with international clients).
