JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support business units in approaching and taking care of VIP clients of the company.
- Participate in welcoming, supporting, and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
- Coordinate with departments in external affairs, event organization, and partner meetings.
- Assist in preparing documents, quotations, contracts, and client-related paperwork.
- Track and update customer status, respond promptly to arising requests.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; confident, flexible, and tactful in handling situations.
- Professional appearance and manner; sales-oriented mindset.
- Preferred candidates: Experience as Account Manager, Sales Admin, or Customer Service in IT.
- No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Eager to learn, enthusiastic about sales and customer care.
- Foreign language ability is an advantage (not mandatory).

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Location: CIC Tower, 2 Nguyen Thi Due, Yen Hoa, Cau Giay, Hanoi
- Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (lunch break: 12:00 – 1:30 PM)
