JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage the full project lifecycle for Government (GOV) projects, ensuring progress, quality, and budget align with the approved plan.
Work directly with stakeholders (IT departments, state agencies, technical partners) to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop implementation plans.
Collaborate with technical teams, BAs, and QAs to ensure the product meets business requirements and GOV security standards.
Manage project risks, provide regular progress reports, and propose solutions to resolve issues during implementation.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in software projects, especially in E-Government, Data, or large enterprise domains.
Solid understanding of Agile/Waterfall project management models, with strong planning, coordination, and monitoring skills.
Knowledge of Data Warehouse, ETL, or integrated data systems is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with government stakeholders is a plus.
