Responsibilities
- Design, document, and improve software development processes in alignment with company strategy and quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate process adherence across departments, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate and support CMMI Level 3 and ISO 9001 / 27000 certification activities, including preparation, internal audit, and external appraisal.
- Conduct internal quality audits, collect performance metrics, and prepare quality reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, PMO, HR, IT) to implement and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Train and guide staff on process compliance, quality standards, and continual improvement.
- Participate in risk assessment, document control, and process review meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in QA process management within software development companies.
- Proven experience in building or maintaining processes for CMMI Level 3 and/or ISO 9001, ISO 27000 certifications.
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), process improvement, and documentation management.
- Experience in internal audit, compliance monitoring, and process performance reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with multiple teams.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Agile/Scrum process optimization.
- Familiarity with project management or quality metrics tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Power BI).
- CMMI Associate or ISO Auditor certification is a plus.
