Description
- Conduct presales consulting: plan and deliver product demos, explain solutions, gather client requirements, assess current systems, and support solution design.
- Prepare documentation: solution proposals, technical design docs, commercial materials, and full project documentation.
- Manage customer relationships: understand client needs, propose suitable solutions, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Perform product research and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to develop new products and services.
- Support contract negotiation, project coordination, issue resolution, and process improvement.
- Participate in business planning: build sales strategies, track performance, and analyze market and technology trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics & Telecommunications, IT, etc.) or related fields.
- Understanding of business operations and the IT/software technology market.
- Knowledge of legal regulations relevant to the job such as the Law on Bidding, Commercial Law, Public Investment Law, Construction Law, etc.
- Strong knowledge of software development processes and IT solutions.
- Familiarity with IT, Business Analysis, BIS, MIS, BPM, Cloud, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, etc.
- Strong capability in preparing commercial and technical solution documents.
- Experience with modeling tools (Visio, Draw.io, Enterprise Architect) and project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
- Quick business process understanding; strong information processing skills; ability to propose new features/solutions.
- English: Able to read technical documents and write basic business communication in English.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Technical Engineer, Technical Presales/Solution Engineer, Account Manager, or similar roles in software development projects. Prior experience in government projects is an advantage.
