KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Develop brand positioning, messaging, guidelines, and identity systems.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in IMC, Branding, Digital, PR, and Event.
- Build strategic plans and drive effective execution.
- Manage team members, projects, and cross-department collaboration.
- Produce compelling content and strong storytelling.
- Utilize data-driven thinking, analyze KPIs, and optimize performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, Commerce, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing/Marcom; at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of IMC, Branding, Digital, PR, and Event.
- Strategic mindset with excellent execution capability.
- Experience in team management, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Data-driven mindset with KPI analysis and optimization capabilities.
- Good English skills are a plus, especially for Tech/Global environments.
