KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Develop brand positioning, messaging, guidelines, and identity systems.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in IMC, Branding, Digital, PR, and Event.
  • Build strategic plans and drive effective execution.
  • Manage team members, projects, and cross-department collaboration.
  • Produce compelling content and strong storytelling.
  • Utilize data-driven thinking, analyze KPIs, and optimize performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, Commerce, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing/Marcom; at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of IMC, Branding, Digital, PR, and Event.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent execution capability.
  • Experience in team management, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with KPI analysis and optimization capabilities.
  • Good English skills are a plus, especially for Tech/Global environments.
