Job Description:

We are looking for a Java Developer (Middle or Senior) to join our Global Project team, developing Digital Government Transformation solutions for international clients. You will work alongside a highly skilled team to build, optimize, and implement large-scale backend systems that drive digital transformation initiatives in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain backend systems using Java (Spring Boot), following project technical standards and development processes.
  • Design and implement Microservices architecture ensuring scalability, maintainability, and stable performance in production environments.
  • Build, integrate, and manage RESTful APIs, ensuring data synchronization and compatibility between modules and external systems.
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle – from requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment to post-release maintenance and improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with BA, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure product quality, delivery timelines, and performance.
  • Conduct internal code reviews, provide technical feedback, and contribute to maintaining a clean, standardized codebase within the team.
  • Optimize system performance, scalability, and ensure stability and security in production environments.
  • Research, propose, and apply new technologies or tools to enhance system efficiency and product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and technical regulations required by government clients and global project policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Java application development.
  • Proficient in Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.
  • Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, or Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive, proactive mindset, open to learning and collaborating in a global environment.
  • Basic English skills for reading and understanding technical documentation.
