KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute internal communication plans aligned with company strategy.
- Manage internal communication channels: Email, Workplace/Teams, LMS, internal newsletter, digital signage…
- Create multi-format communication content: announcements, internal campaigns, employee stories, short videos, infographics…
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Branding, and IT functions to communicate projects, product updates, and cultural activities.
- Plan and organize internal events: Townhall, All-hands, company anniversary, team-building, training sessions…
- Measure communication effectiveness (reach, engagement, feedback) and propose improvements.
- Support the development and promotion of company culture and core values.
- Develop quarterly/annual IC strategies and corporate culture roadmap.
- Lead large-scale cross-functional campaigns (products, IT projects, HR, strategic communication).
- Build internal guidelines and standard communication processes.
- Manage internal communication budgets and work with external partners/agencies.
- Lead a team (2–4 members), provide training, and oversee quality.
- Advise Executive Team on culture, change communication, and risk communication.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience, including 1–2 years in a leadership or campaign owner role.
- Experience in IT, Outsourcing, or B2B environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to build long-term cultural and internal initiatives.
- Strong execution skills in employee engagement campaigns with measurable impact.
- Experience organizing medium–large internal events; familiar with event operation processes in tech environments.
- Strong understanding of internal communication principles: culture, change communication, leadership communication, employee experience.
- Excellent content writing and storytelling skills; able to craft clear and compelling messages.
- Basic English proficiency (equivalent to IELTS 5.0+, TOEIC 600+, or similar).
- Comfortable working with designers/photographers/editors; able to brief and review creative output.
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and AI tools; Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus.
