WORK LOCATION
- Work at the company office and travel to hospitals and clinics to deploy projects.
- Long-term work at deployment sites may be required, depending on specific project demands.
- Willingness to travel for work, both locally and interprovincially.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Receive requirements from clients and management, and develop detailed deployment plans (scope, timeline, budget, resources).
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet objectives.
- Coordinate tasks and supervise the deployment team’s activities.
- Train and guide team members on deployment processes, software usage, and customer communication skills.
- Conduct workflow surveys at hospitals and collect requirements from relevant departments.
- Analyze and propose suitable software solutions.
- Configure and set up healthcare software based on hospital needs (HIS, LIS, PACS, EMR, etc.).
- Test and ensure system quality and stability before handover.
- Organize training sessions and provide software usage guidance to doctors, nurses, and medical staff at hospitals.
- Handle arising issues during usage and provide timely technical support.
- Prepare and maintain all project-related documentation (meeting minutes, user guides, technical documentation, etc.).
- Submit progress and result reports to clients and management.
- Work closely with hospital representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address feedback, complaints, and propose service improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in software deployment projects, preferably in healthcare.
- Experience in managing teams of 3-5 members.
- Knowledge of healthcare software such as HIS, LIS, PACS, EMR, or similar solutions.
- Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and flexible handling of situations.
- Ability to work under high pressure, willingness to travel and work onsite at client hospitals.
- Basic English communication skills (reading technical documents is a plus).

- Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, lunch break 1.5 hours (12:00 PM – 1:30 PM), Monday to Friday.
