MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify the validity and legality of payment documents and records.
- Monitor expenses, reconcile accounts payable/receivable, and periodically review accounting books.
- Consolidate accounting data across the system and prepare internal reports (cash flow, profit/loss, receivables, etc.).
- Assist in budgeting, tracking budget implementation, and providing early warnings on deviations.
- Monitor taxes incurred: VAT, CIT, PIT, contractor tax, etc.
- Review periodic tax reports and support the department head in tax inspection/finalization.
- Update and disseminate new tax policies to relevant accountants.
- Support the development and compliance of non-cash payment procedures according to the latest regulations.
- Prepare periodic financial statements and management reports for the Board of Directors.
- Analyze financial data, assess operational efficiency, and propose improvements.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Guide, supervise, and inspect the work of accounting staff.
- Recommend improvements to workflow, templates, and management tools.
- Support the department head in internal training and team building.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in the accounting/finance field, preferably in tech or service companies.
- Minimum 1 year in a general accountant or internal control role.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, financial reporting, cash flow, and cost control
- Proficient in Excel, accounting software (e.g., MISA, FAST), and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and integrity.
- Effective teamwork, communication, and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in ISO/ERP systems or multi-entity operations.
