Job Descriptions:

Manage the BA team, supervise project progress, allocate resources appropriately for each project, ensure productivity and output quality, and conduct periodic performance evaluations.
Communicate with clients to understand their organizational structure, business models, and operational processes within their domain, in order to advise on applying IT solutions that enhance their business and operational efficiency.
Support and communicate with clients regarding questions or issues related to product usage.
Research and analyze new feature ideas in the market, study leading competitors (domestic and international), and propose improved or new product features for the company’s product lines.
Based on customer-provided business requirements, analyze and design software features and functionalities to meet client needs.
Create detailed product feature specifications and business process flow documents for software functionalities.
Analyze, design, and build product prototypes/mockups.
Develop user manuals and product usage documentation.
Participate in proposing improvements and testing processes for the product.
Prepare documentation and conduct product usage training for clients.
Take part in consulting, training, and onboarding clients to operate the solution.

Requirments:

Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
At least 2 years of experience in a Lead position.
Experience working in the Healthcare domain is a strong plus, especially with projects related to HIS/EMR.
Willingness to travel to hospitals in different provinces to work closely with clients and end-users.
Strong ability to quickly understand business domains, receive and process information effectively, and propose new features/solutions.
Excellent documentation skills, able to model and generalize business processes and issues clearly for clients and team members to understand.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with both colleagues and customers; good consulting skills.
Proactive in organizing and planning work to meet goals and assigned tasks.
Strong system thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor and guide others effectively.
