Job Description:

  • Participate in testing internal products such as HRM, ERP, workflow management systems, data and reporting systems.
  • Ensure system quality with the long-term goal of developing the product into a commercial solution.
  • Analyze requirement documents (BRD, FRD, User Stories) to design Test Scenarios and Test Cases.
  • Perform Manual Testing for Web/Internal Systems, including Functional Testing, Business Logic Testing, UI/UX Testing, Data Testing, and API Testing.
  • Execute Integration Testing and Regression Testing when features are updated or system changes occur.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and PO/PM to clarify requirements and identify potential quality risks early.
  • Log, track, and verify bugs using issue tracking tools such as Jira, Redmine, or equivalent tools.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with internal users and support system acceptance and post-release issue handling.
  • Contribute to improving QA/QC processes to enhance product quality and system stability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2.5 years of experience as a Tester/QA; experience in product-based projects or internal systems is preferred.
  • Experience designing Test Cases and Test Scenarios; experience contributing to Test Plan development is a plus.
  • Solid experience in Manual Testing; knowledge of or experience with Automation Testing is a plus.
  • Strong quality assurance mindset, logical thinking, and proactive working attitude.
  • Ability to understand business requirement documents and collaborate with BA, Developers, and Product teams.

Nice to have:

  • Experience testing enterprise systems such as HRM, ERP, CRM, Finance systems, or other business management software.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum software development processes.
  • Familiarity with or experience using AI tools / AI Testing Platforms in testing activities.
