JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify, build, and develop new clients in software, technology services, and IT solutions.
- Explore opportunities and establish cooperation projects with clients, from initial approach, demo, solution consulting to contract signing.
- Manage sales pipeline and be responsible for personal revenue and business targets.
- Contribute to market expansion strategies and propose approaches for potential clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams and management to close deals, execute projects, and maintain long-term client relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from top universities, majors in Economics, IT, Business Administration, or Commerce.
- Senior professionals with at least 4 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
- Fresher/Junior candidates should have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within the IT or service sector.
- Passionate about building networks and developing new projects with clients.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills; confident in working directly with client executives/management.
- Strong drive, ability to work under sales pressure, and a passion for business and technology.
