JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage the assigned client list, understanding contracts, needs, and industries of each client.
  • Maintain relationships and regularly engage with clients to update information and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure commitments to clients are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Handle emerging issues, complaints, or client requests.
  • Propose and implement strategies for up-selling or cross-selling suitable services/products.
  • Plan and organize periodic meetings, report on service status, and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure timely client payments as per contract terms.
  • Collect and analyze market information, competitors, and trends to support business strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • University graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Preference given to candidates with experience in Account Manager or similar roles (e.g., Sales Executive, Customer Success), especially in relevant fields (IT, telecommunications, services, etc.).
  • Preference for female candidates with good appearance, quick-wittedness, meticulousness, and finesse in external relations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
