Job Description:

  • Conduct research on similar products in the market, perform benchmarking and provide insights and evaluations.
  • Build customer journey maps and propose product features based on client needs.
  • Participate in detailed product design and collaborate with clients to measure product effectiveness.
  • Communicate requirements and support project team members in clarifying client expectations.
  • Closely coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth cooperation and correct implementation of internal systems and software development projects.
  • Assist the QA team in building test scenarios and ensuring test cases are comprehensive and aligned with business requirements.
  • Perform quality reviews to ensure the final product meets all business specifications.
  • Organize and execute UAT and SIT testing phases; monitor and report results to project managers.
  • Draft user manuals and training documents; conduct training sessions and support end-users during onboarding and incident handling.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team during rollout and field activities.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s or College degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
  • Experience in healthcare-related projects, particularly HIS, LIS, PACS, or mobile applications for end users.
  • Willingness to travel across provinces as assigned by the management.
  • Ability to build and write detailed Business Requirement Specifications and UAT scenarios.
  • Proactive in learning domain knowledge and industry operations related to assigned projects.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide the team.
  • High sense of responsibility and commitment to deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with initiative in proposing solutions.
  • Proficient in analytical and design tools.
  • Solid understanding of IT and technical design concepts.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills regarding systems, processes, and business requirements.
  • Capable of working both independently and in a team.
  • Self-motivated and eager to grow professionally.
