Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients with IT staffing needs (Developers, BAs, Testers, PMs, etc.).
- Assess clients’ IT human resource needs and propose appropriate service models (onsite/offsite, body leasing, project-based).
- Draft and negotiate IT staffing service contracts.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the primary contact point for team expansion requests and client feedback.
- Monitor project delivery progress and the effectiveness of deployed resources.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely and accurate talent delivery.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams for contract and payment processes.
- Support onsite staff to ensure satisfaction and engagement with the company.
- Track and manage revenue from staffing contracts.
- Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly business performance reports for management.
- Update market trends, competitor activities, and IT staffing demands.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales/Account roles in IT staffing, outsourcing, or consulting.
- Prefer candidates with experience working with BFSI clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship and complex account management capabilities.
- Ability to understand basic IT technical requirements (Java, .NET, BA, Tester, etc.).
- Proficient in Excel, CRM, and project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Intermediate or higher English communication, especially in email writing and working with international clients.
