Job description:
- Participate in researching banking products and services, conducting market research, and analyzing competitors’ products/services.
- Provide consulting, offer solutions, and develop processes, regulations, and product procedures.
- Collaborate with partners, clients, and related business units to clarify product development requirements.
- Participate in the implementation of product and service development.
- Support training users on system and product usage.
- Review and verify design documents, user manuals, and organizational documents to ensure they meet business requirements accurately.
What are we looking for:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Graduated from a regular program at a university or higher education institution.
- Experience in the field, as described in the job description, is an advantage.
- Experience and knowledge in IT-related areas within Banking and Financial Institutions is a plus.
- Willing to work onsite with clients.
