Job Description:
- Participate in analyzing, designing, developing, and deploying software systems on the .NET/.NET Core platform.
- Lead the development team: review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure product quality.
- Design system architecture, optimize performance, and ensure strict requirements for security and data protection in Government projects.
- Work closely with BA, QC, and PM to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Take part in on-premises deployment (physical servers, in-house datacenters) when required by clients.
- Research, adopt, and apply new technologies and solutions to improve development processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or College degree in Information Technology or related fields.
- 4–10 years of experience in software development with .NET, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.
- Proficient in SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ.
- Experience with Winform/WPF is a strong plus.
- Experience with frontend frameworks (Angular/React/Vue) is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with on-premises deployment or working on sensitive data domains (Banking, Government, Healthcare).
- Strong leadership skills: able to manage small dev teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
- Strong system analysis mindset, detail-oriented, with a high awareness of security and compliance.
- English: basic reading and understanding of technical documents.
