Job Description:
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Create a detailed work plan with objectives & key results, which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and milestones are met.
- Monitor project execution, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery with expected quality.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using structured change control processes.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth delivery of banking applications and systems.
- Provide regular project status updates, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields (mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in banking, financial services, or fintech projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Solid understanding of banking operations, digital transformation, and core banking systems is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to understand both technical requirements and business needs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior leaders and diverse teams.
- Good negotiation skills and ability to manage vendor/partner relationships.
- Professional certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2…) are a plus.
