Job Description

  • Identify, develop, and manage clients in the Banking – Financial Services – Insurance (BFSI)/Government sectors.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate technology solutions (Software development, System integration, AI/Big Data, Cloud, Security…).
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with strategic clients, regulators, and government agencies.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to prepare solutions, proposals, bids, and present them to clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contract signing, implementation follow-up, and post-sales support.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and technology updates within BFSI & Government sectors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • At least 2-3 years of IT sales experience, preferably with BFSI or Government clients.
  • Knowledge of technology solutions such as Core Banking, Payment, eKYC, AI, Big Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Digital Transformation.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Existing network/relationships in BFSI or Government sectors is a strong advantage.
