Job Descriptions:

  • Participate in developing e-Government systems, online public services, and large-scale digital transformation platforms requiring high security and system stability.
  • Develop back-end features using .NET / .NET Core, build APIs, and optimize system performance and security.
  • Contribute to front-end development using React (or other frameworks used in the project), ensuring user-friendly UI/UX and high performance.
  • Collaborate with BA, QC, DevOps, and PM to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement features.
  • Review code, improve architecture, and standardize development processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize the system post-deployment, and ensure long-term system stability.
  • Research and propose suitable technologies for upcoming projects.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in software development with .NET / .NET Core.
  • Strong experience in API development, Entity Framework, MS SQL Server, and Layered/Clean/DDD architecture.
  • Experience with database optimization.
  • Experience with front-end development using MVC / React / TypeScript or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and basic UI/UX optimization.
  • Experience in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and system security.
  • Ability to adapt well to new environments.
  • No English requirement (basic reading is a plus).

Preferred:

  • Experience with ABP Framework (if any).
  • Knowledge or hands-on experience with Node.js (optional).
  • Strong logical thinking, independence, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working on large-scale systems or government-related projects is an advantage.
  • Experience mentoring team members and performing code reviews.
