Job Description

  • Work closely with clients to understand their organizational structure, business model, and operational processes in order to propose suitable IT solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Communicate and support clients regarding questions related to product usage.
  • Research market trends and analyze leading competitors’ products (both domestic and international) to propose product improvements and new features.
  • Analyze business requirements provided by clients and design software functionalities and features that meet their operational needs.
  • Create detailed product feature documentation and business workflow documentation for software functionalities.
  • Analyze, design, and build product interface prototypes/mockups.
  • Write product user manuals and documentation.
  • Propose improvements for product testing processes.
  • Prepare documentation and conduct product usage training.
  • Participate in consulting, training, and supporting clients in operating and using the solutions.
  • Participate in product planning and strategic direction discussions with management.

Requirements

  • At least 3.5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
  • Experience working with healthcare clients is preferred; experience in HIS/EMR systems is a strong advantage.
  • Willing to travel to hospitals in different provinces to closely work with clients and end users.
  • Strong ability to quickly understand business processes, process information effectively, and propose new features or solutions.
  • Good documentation skills and the ability to model and summarize business processes and problems clearly for both clients and internal teams.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with colleagues and clients.
  • Proactive in planning and organizing work to ensure assigned tasks and objectives are completed.
